We are here to listen, validate your lived experiences, and build a safe, trauma-informed space where you finally feel heard. **Our Nurse Practitioners (NPs): Validate your physical changes and offer safe, collaborative medical care for root-cause medical weight loss and perimenopause/menopause support, guided by a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP). **Our Holistic Health Coach: Partners with clients in the Maritimes & Ontario to support nutrition, movement, and nervous system regulation using an empowering, judgment-free approach. **Our Registered Psychologist: Provides a deeply safe, trauma-informed environment for psychodiagnostic testing and evidence-based therapy, available exclusively in the Maritime provinces.

Our psychologist can assist in the treatment plan for your mental health care and wellness. Jo-Anne Burt completes testing for mental health conditions, and therapy (such as EMDR) as part of the treatment of your mental health care and wellness.

Gineen Nicholls brings over two decades of experience in fitness, rehabilitation support, and women’s hormone health to her role at NuHaven Health. Originally from Prince Edward Island and now living in Fredericton, New Brunswick, she is passionate about supporting the health and well-being of women across Atlantic Canada and beyond.

As a Women’s Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer, Gineen specializes in helping women navigate menopause and supporting medical weight-loss patients in building sustainable lifestyle habits.

She works with patients to improve strength, metabolic health, stress resilience, and daily wellness through realistic nutrition guidance, movement strategies, and nervous system support. Her goal is to help patients feel stronger, more energized, and confident in caring for their health.

This appointment is for existing clients seeing our NP for a follow-up medical visit.
