We work in partnership with our clients to develop personalized care plans that reflect their needs and preferences. By offering evidence-based information, education, and treatment recommendations, we empower clients to make informed decisions about their health.

Our goal is to ensure every client feels heard, supported, and respected throughout their healthcare journey.

How We Got Started

NuHaven Health was founded by Angela and Mark McGraw, inspired by their shared passion for helping individuals and families improve their health and wellbeing. They recognized a growing need for a more holistic, patient-centered approach that emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention, and long-term wellness.

This vision led to the creation of a private, multidisciplinary practice where compassionate, collaborative, and comprehensive care come together to support lasting health outcomes. At NuHaven Health, we are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

What is a Nurse Practitioner?

Nurse practitioners (NPs) are highly trained, autonomous healthcare professionals who provide a wide range of essential health services. With advanced education and clinical expertise, NPs deliver care that is grounded in professional, ethical, and legal standards. They combine in-depth knowledge of nursing practice, health management, health promotion, disease and injury prevention, and relevant biomedical and psychosocial sciences to offer comprehensive, patient-centered care. NPs work collaboratively with clients and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality outcomes across a variety of populations, settings, and healthcare needs.
