Michelle Gaudet has been dedicated to women’s health and community care since graduating from UPEI School of Nursing in 2005. Her early career included diverse acute care experience, followed by over ten years in public health where she focused on primary prevention, health education, and supporting individuals and families across the lifespan.
After earning her Master of Nursing – Nurse Practitioner degree from Athabasca University in 2024, Michelle began practicing in primary care, where she developed a focused interest in perimenopause and menopause care. She is passionate about helping women feel heard, informed, and empowered as they navigate hormonal transitions. Michelle integrates evidence-based medical therapy with lifestyle strategies to support energy, mood, metabolic health, and long-term wellbeing.
With additional interest in mental health and ADHD care, she appreciates the complex connection between hormones, cognition, and emotional health, and works collaboratively with patients to create personalized care plans.
